About the Conference
The inaugural Complex Coronary Summit of the Cardiovascular Research Foundation® (CRF®) unites two legendary CRF conferences — CTO Plus and Interventional Complications — into one powerhouse summit. At this premier global gathering of the CTO PCI community, the best of the best interventionalists in the world educate and train attendees from around the globe on the most up-to-date complex PCI techniques.
CCS is designed for every member of the heart team, and delivers an immersive learning experience that advances knowledge, fosters collaboration, and drives better patient outcomes in complex coronary care.

CCS 2027 takes place live, on-site at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. This conference does not have an option for online attendance.

Miami International Airport (MIA) is just 12 miles west of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, the Complex Coronary Summit 2027 hotel and conference venue. You’ll find taxis and ride-share services on the ground transportation level of the terminals. A secondary airport is Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), about 27 miles northwest of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
